Ingredients
1 pound Brussels sprouts (trimmed & shredded)
2 medium sized Tart apples (chopped)
1 medium sized Onion (preferably red, chopped)
1 small Sweet pepper (preferably orange, chopped)
1/2 cup Chopped walnuts (or other nuts)
1/2 cup Green grapes (sliced)
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
3 strips Bacon (cooked & crumbled)
1/4 cup Olive oil
2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Honey mustard
1 clove Garlic (minced)
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Put the Brussels sprouts, apples, onion, peppers, nuts, grapes, cheese, and bacon into a large bowl and toss to combine.
  2. Whisk the olive oil, vinegar, honey mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
