1 pound Asparagus (woody ends trimmed off)
3 tablespoons Olive oil
4 cloves Garlic (minced)
3/4 teaspoons Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1 1/4 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees, prepare a baking sheet by lightly greasing it nonstick cooking spray. Arrange the asparagus on the sheet.
  2. Mix the olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl. Drizzle the oil mixture over the asparagus and gently toss them to ensure they are coated.
  3. Bake the asparagus for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove them from the oven, then sprinkle the mozzarella over them.
  4. Return the baking sheet to the oven and broil for 4 to 5 minutes to melt the cheese. Season to taste, then serve.
