Grilled Bell Peppers

Vegan!

Ingredients
4 Bell peppers
4 tablespoons Olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Additional seasonings if desired
Fresh herbs if desired
Balsamic vinegar if desired

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat (takes about 5 to 10 minutes). Slice the peppers and remove the stems, pits, and seeds.
  2. Brush all of the bell peppers sections with a bit of olive oil, then place them cut-side down on the grill, close the lid, and let cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Flip the peppers over and cook for 4 to 5 more minutes.
  3. Put the peppers onto a plate and season as desired with seasonings of choice, fresh herbs, and/or balsamic vinegar.
