Blueberry Salsa

<p>Here&#8217;s a quick and easy salsa recipe using those fresh, summer blueberries!</p>

Serves: 3 cups

2 cups blueberries (coarsely chopped)
1 cup blueberries (whole)
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tbsp cilantro (fresh, chopped)
2 each jalapeno peppers (seeded and minced)
1/3 cup bell peppers (red, diced)
1/2 tsp kosher salt

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Toss everything together in a large bowl.
  2. Serve immediately or cover and chill up to 8 hours!
