Ingredients
1 can Chickpeas (drained & rinsed)
1 Sweet potato (pureed)
1/4 cup Milk
1/4 cup Maple syrup (or try using a different syrup)
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Salt (more if desired)
2 tablespoons Chopped pecans (optional, for topping)
DIPPING SUGGESTIONS INCLUDE:
Graham crackers
Apple slices
Persimmon slices
Bananas
Marshmallows
Pretzles
Carrot sticks
Nuts
Bread

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Put the chickpeas, pureed sweet potato, maple syrup, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt into a food processor and blend until the ingredients form a smooth mixture.
  2. Top the dip with pecans if desired and serve with dipping snacks of your choice!
