But use your imagination! Add cucumber, mango, black beans, avocado&#8230;</p>

Serves: List below should serve 6-8 as an appetizer.
Vegan!

Ingredients
6 tomatoes
8 tomatillos
2 hot peppers
2 sweet peppers (consider roasted peppers!)
3 ears fresh corn, cut off the cob
1 onion
bunch cilantro
2 limes cut into wedges
salt

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Chop each ingredient separately and divide into separate bowls. Spread out on a table with additional small bowls and spoons and this is your "make your own salsa bar".
  2. Each guest uses fills their own bowl with the ingredients they want in their salsa and stirs them together.
  3. A squeeze of lime is suggested to finish the salsa. Enjoy with tortilla chips.
