Fat Burning Cabbage Soup

<p>I liked this recipe <span class="caps">BEFORE</span> I found out it had &#8220;Fat Burning&#8221; in it&#8217;s name.</p>

Serves: 10 servings

1 head cabbage, coursely chopped
6 cloves garlic, chopped
2 each zucchini, sliced thin
2 each carrots, coursely chopped
2 stalks celery, sliced thin
2 each onions, finely chopped
2 each tomatoes, chopped
1 large chicken breast, cut in small pieces
2 each bay leaves
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
8 cups water or chicken stock

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a soup kettle. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Adjust seasonings adding salt and pepper to taste.
