Smoked Turkey Salad

<p>A great way to use left over Smoked Turkey.</p>

Serves: 4 - 6 people

2 C Smoked Turkey -diced or cooked
1-11/2 C seedless grapes -green or red
3/4 lb. cheese- your choice
1 C cashews
1/2 C mayonnaise - real mayo
1/4 C sherry
salad greens

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Cube or dice turkey, cube cheese. Cut grapes in half. Toss turkey, cheese, grapes and cashews together. Mix mayonnaise & sherry together until well blended. Pour over salad greens - coating well.
  2. Serve with garlic bread or spread over lettuce or raw vegetables.
