Honey Roasted Peanut Butter

<p>I recently discovered how economical and <span class="caps">EASY</span> it is to roast my own peanuts and make peanut butter!! <span class="caps">AND</span> it tastes <span class="caps">SOOO</span> much better than commercial peanut butter.</p>

Serves: Yield: 1 cup
Vegetarian!

Ingredients
2 cups Peanuts (I use Healthy Hollow Organic Peanuts)
2 Tablespoons Butter
2 Tablespoons Honey (I use L.H.Franklin's honey)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Place peanuts in bowl. In a separate bowl, heat butter and honey together. Toss with peanuts. Spread evenly on cookie sheet and bake at 350F for 5 to 10 minutes (stirring after 5 minutes) or until peanuts are golden brown. MAKES: 2 Cups
  2. Let peanuts cool, pour into food processor, add 1 Tablespoon flax seeds. Process until smooth. Add 1 Tablespoon of honey, 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt, (or to taste) and 1 Tablespoon flax seed oil (or any mild tasting oil). Process another minute or until desired consistency is reached.
