Lemon Cucumber Salad

Serves: 3-4 servings.
Vegetarian!

Ingredients
4 Lemon Cucumbers
2 cups Basil
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic, crushed
1 tsp Sea Salt
3 tbsp Leicester

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Slice the lemon cucumbers into beautiful lemony rings. Pour a little salt on them.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a food processor. Process until, bam, basil is made!
  3. Dress over cucumbers. Relish.
