Crispier Sweet Potato Fries

Serves: 6 servings


Ingredients
1 large egg (or 2 if you have 2 large sweet potatoes or more)
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 - 2 sweet potatoes chopped into fries

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450
  2. In large bowl, whisk together egg and spices until frothy
  3. Add potatoes toss well
  4. Place potatoes on greased cookie sheet
  5. Turn fries after about 10 minutes
  6. Bake until brown and crisp, time depends on thickness of fries, about 20 minutes total
