Turnip Chips

From CSA Farmers Market

I am always looking for fun ways to eat our veggies

Source: The never ending world wide web (Entered by Racheal Yonkman)
Serves: varying

Ingredients
1 bunch turnips
1 Olive Oil

Step by Step Instructions
 1. Preheat oven to 375. Slice the turnips very thinly (if you have a mandoline in your kitchen, this is the perfect time to use it!). Pour a good amount of oil into a shallow baking dish (or baking sheet with sides) large enough for the turnips to coat the bottom in one layer. Toss turnips in oil to coat, sprinkle with salt, and toss again. Roast in oven until crispy. You may want/need to turn the turnips once or twice so they’ll cook evenly
 2. I want to point out that these can be made in a dehydrator with, or with out the use of oil. I personally prefer the dehydrator. But either way works well.
