Ligia's Black Bean Brownies

Vegetarian!

Ingredients
1 cup black beans
1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup agave
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Grease 8 inch baking pan with butter. Place black beans, eggs, oil, cocoa, salt, baking powder, vanilla, agave in food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Remove blade and stir in chocolate chips. Transfer mixture to pan.
  3. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until just set in the center. Cool before cutting into squares.
