Maple Glazed Carrots

8 oz. carrots
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp sea salt

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer until liquid has reduced to a glaze and carrots are tender.
