Beet and Carrot Salad

Serves: 4-6

3-4 beets, grated
3-4 carrots, grated
3 Tbls olive oil
1 Tbls white balsamic vinegar
1 tsp sea salt
2 tsp. Italian seasoning

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Grate the beets and carrots or put them in a food processor. Stir in reamining ingredients and mix well. Enjoy!
