Mustard Greens with Bacon

Ingredients
3 strips bacon or Fakin' Bacon (veg variety)
1 onion, diced
4 cups mustard greens, rough chopped
salt and pepper
seasoned rice vinegar
Tabasco

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Fry bacon and set aside. (if using the Fakin' Bacon, add 1 Tbsp olive oil to pan)
  2. Saute chopped onions
  3. Add chopped mustard greens and saute until soft
  4. Top with a dash of vinegar, salt and pepper, Tabasco to taste.
  5. Serve topped with the bacon (or Fakin' bacon) chopped.
