SHH Pulled Pork Sandwiches

<p>Delicious smoked pork shoulder using <span class="caps">SHH</span> Sweet and Zesty spice blend for the rub. This recipe taste great with the Barbecue sauce recipe in the recipe section. Serves: Serves 6 people
1 10 lb pork shoulder with bone in.
2 ea. Swisher Hill Herbs Refill package of Sweet and Zesty Seasoning blend
Step by Step Instructions
- place pork shoulder in a large baking dish or pan.Rub the seasoning mix evenly over the pork shoulder to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Bring the pork to room temperature and Preheat the smoker to 225 degrees.
- Place pork on rack in the smoker until tender and the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. The cook time is about 7 to 10 hours. Remove from the smoker and let pork rest for 30 minutes.
- With two forks, pull the meat apart into small slices or chunks. Serve with barbecue sauce to taste and buns. ( Check out SHH Barbecue Sauce recipe in recipe section.)
