Garlic Scape Pesto

Serves: about one cup

10 garlic scapes chopped
1/3 cup grated parmesan or romano cheese
1/3 cup Slivered almonds or raw cachews
1/2 cup Olive oil
Sea Salt

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Put the scapes , cheese ,nuts and half the olive oil into food processor Whir to chop and blend Add remaining oil and mix Salt to taste
  2. Use immediately or cover tightly and refrigerate
