Candied Jalapeno Meatloaf

Serves: 6 portions


Ingredients
1 pound Ground Beef
1/2 cup Diced Onion
1 Egg
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs or Oatmeal
1 tablespoon Beaverfork Blend
1/2 cup BBQ Sauce or Catsup
1/4 cup Candied Jalapenos

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix all ingredients except barbeque sauce and candied jalapenos.
  3. Place mixture in a lightly greased baking dish and form into a loaf. Spread barbeque sauce evenly over top of loaf. Place candied jalapenos evenly over top of loaf.
  4. Bake uncovered 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 160°F. ENJOY!
